Is alcohol included?

Due to Texas law and regulations, we cannot provide the alcohol. This means that you, the venue or your caterer must purchase and supply the alcohol.

We can suggest the purchase amounts based on the guests. We also have partnered with local vendors and will share the information with you.

What type of events does Bella Mia service?

We work with weddings, showers, brunches, corporate events, grand openings, reunions, engagements, bachelor/bachelorette parties, block parties, retirement parties, birthdays, graduations, and any other event that you can think of.

If we’re not having alcohol at our event can we still use Bella Mia?

Absolutely! We can use Bella Mia for mocktail recipes, juices, and other non-alcoholic beverages!

What is your deposit policy?

A 50% deposit will be required to book your reservation with a signed contract and secured event date. The remaining balance is due the day before your event date.

Unfortunately, since we block out your date specifically from further inquiries, we do not offer a deposit refund.

How far do you travel?

We are based out of Houston Oak Forest area and will travel up to a 30-miles radius. Anything further please contact us.

What is included in the packages?

Disposable cups, straws, napkins, ice, corresponding garnishes, our house made syrups, certified bartender, liquor liability and general liability insurance.

What are the dimensions of Bella Mia?

She is about 9ft long 5ft wide and 6ft tall.

Can Bella Mia operate inside?

Yes, Sure she can! She is an electric cart, so she can pull into your ballroom or any indoor space.

What if my venue already offers a beverage package?

That is okay! We will work directly with the venue for logistics.
